The more i see it the more i realize that neither side even remotely gets it -but that’s what happens when you try to remove Christianity from a “trad” lifestyle and make it into a fetishized aesthetic, not to mention the grotesque perversion and attempted destruction of human sexuality in favour of swappable genderism, and society’s complete and utter lack of respect for the dignified roles and uniqueness of men and women as individuals. To be clear, women and men aren’t equals, not because either sex is superior to the other, but because women and men are so drastically different that calling them “equals” infantilizes their complex and obvious differences and is insulting and denigrating to them both. You can say that they are alike in human dignity and value in the eyes of God -which is true- but to otherwise call them equals is like comparing fire to ice and calling them equals.
